Following the purchase in 2023 of two commercial units adjacent to Aspar’s St Albans site, combining both office and potential storage space, work on the expansion of the Aspar campus has continued at a fantastic pace over the first half of 2025. ‘Phase 1’ which involved the refurbishment of office space in Unit 13 is now complete. During April and May the first occupants of the newly decorated and furnished offices moved into the building which also provide a new meeting and co-working spaces for colleagues. The completion of ‘Phase 1’ also provided colleagues with a very welcome additional 8 parking spaces, much needed as the business continues to grow and expand.
‘Phase 2’ which, subject to installation and then the required Regulatory approval, will provide racking facilities on the ground floor of both units adding additional storage capacity for the business to meet our future plans for growth. The racking in both Unit 13 and 14 remains on track for completion in Sept. 2025.
